HDX (Humanitarian Data Exchange)

The Humanitarian Data Exchange (HDX) is an open platform for sharing humanitarian data that  also includes data on security and political aspects. Launched as a project by OCHA, it contains datasets on issues such as IDPs and refugees, people in need, civilian casualties, population figures, and other indicators. HDX allows to automatically generate embeddable, live data charts, graphs and key figures from spreadsheets

Acled

Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED) is a disaggregated conflict collection, analysis and crisis mapping project. ACLED collects the dates, actors, types of violence, locations, and fatalities of all reported political violence and protest events across Africa, South Asia, South East Asia and the Middle East.
